SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK
Rzeszów – Dworzysko Science and Technology Park is situated in Rzeszowski District which comprises 14 communes situated around Rzeszów. Rzeszowski District is located in the centre of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. At present it has an area of 1,157km2 , and the population of over 160,000. It has good technical infrastructure and convenient network of roads.
Rzeszowski District is considered to be one of the fastest growing districts of Podkarpacie. For years, it focuses on creating a favorable economic climate and ensure favorable investment conditions for entrepreneurs. Therefore, supporting the development of innovative entrepreneurship, Rzeszowski District is the only one in Poland to have designated some of the land (83,42 ha) owned by it for the construction of Rzeszów – Dworzysko Science and Technology Park.
Curently the fully developed land with an area of 83,42 ha is available to investors. Each plot allocated for the investment is fully equipped with the technical infrastructure, including electricity demand according to the individual needs of the investor. Additionally we have build a photovoltaic farm, comprehensive monitoring network, heating network and a network of lightning protection system.

Park Rzeszów – Dworzysko is currently the largest and the most attractive, completely developed investment area within the administrative boundaries of the city of Rzeszów, and the entire Podkarpackie Voivodeship. It is a place with a high investment opportunities and a great human potential. The mission of the Park is the creation and development of the economic center, based on industry and modern technologies, in which entrepreneurs will find favorable conditions for doing business. On 02.12.2014 r. PNT area was included into operation of SSE EURO PARK Mielec, so that investors will be able to count on substantial tax credits.
The biggest advantage of our “Rzeszów – Dworzysko” investment zone is the location and excellent communication system. We are located right by the A4 Motorway and S19 Expressway. The area of the Park is also located at the main railway line E30 Germany-Poland-Ukraine. A few kilometres away , there is an airport catering „Rzeszów – Jasionka” for the needs of international passenger and cargo air traffic. The area of Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park has a regulated legal status and is fully developed and designated for industrial and service activities. Placing investments in PNT Rzeszów – Dworzysko, gives the possibility to implement your own ideas in the city and a the region of a great economic potential. The rules for recruitment and selection of future investors:
- Investor’s application to the Office of the Science and Technology Park in the headquarters of Starostwo Powiatowe (District Authorities) in Rzeszów [DOWNLOAD APPLICATION DOCUMENTS]
- Assesment of the potential investor’s innovativeness level by a team of experts
- Appproval of Zarząd Powiatu for the project implementation in the Park
- Call for bids for the sale of land for investors meeting the criteria for the operation within the Park
The land which is being developed under the project entitled: ”Development of investment areas for the construction of Rzeszów – Dworzysko Science and Technology Park” implemented under the Operational Programme – Development of Eastern Poland, Measure 1.3 – Support for innovations is managed by the Office of the Science and Technology Park at the headquarters of Starostwo Powiatowe, 35 – 959 Rzeszów ul. The Office handles the following:
- Complex implementation of the project;
- Providing access to and offering the developed investment areas to future investors;
- Assistance in obtaining funds, including subsidies from the European Union for entities willing to make an investments;
- Defining conditions for entrepreneurs located at Rzeszów – Dworzysko Science and Technology Park to obtain connection to technical infrastructure network.
