The Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park has acquired a new investor. This company is HYDRO – MET Sp. z o.o. operating in the water and sewage industry. It carries out mechanical ventilation installations of high-quality materials. In our investment area, the company plans to build a production hall with an office part and warehouse space.
Technology parks are one of the basic instruments of innovation policy aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Polish economy. So far,
35 companies have invested in our park, purchasing 58 plots of land with a total area of 52 ha. The value of investments located in the park is nearly PLN 760 million.
