In the first half of December, two tenders for investments in the “Rzeszów-Dworzysko” Science and Technology Park run by the Rzeszów County will be resolved. In this way, plans related to attracting investors to the zone will be fully implemented.
Today, 36 business entities operate in the park, which has existed since 2014, employing approximately 2.5 thousand people. Construction of additional facilities is underway. Ultimately, the Science and Technology Park “Rzeszów-Dworzysko” will have 40 enterprises providing employment to at least 4.5 thousand people.In December, the Rzeszów County will also hand over the remaining infrastructure in the park to the City of Rzeszów. These will include roads, video monitoring and a lightning protection network. This is another transfer of part of the infrastructure to the city government. In March last year, the Rzeszów authorities took over from the district, among others: 5 sanitary sewage pumping stations, 14.59 kilometers of sanitary and water supply networks, 11.62 km of storm sewage networks, 7.61 km of gas pipelines, 2.6 km of heating networks
