Savings on bills, low operating costs, healthy, ecological natural environment .These are the most important advantages of a photovoltaic farm operating in the Science and Technology Park .
The farm built by the Rzeszowski District has a rated power of 580 kW, i.e. it is able to generate about 554 MWh of energy per year from a renewable source. For example and comparison – a maximum of 500 households can be fed from such a farm during the day.
The advantages of this investment are obvious.
– The fact that the energy produced by this technology is ecological and environmentally friendly is of great importance. For example – thanks to the panels installed in our park, there is no emission to the atmosphere of carbon dioxide (CO2) responsible for global warming – says Józef Jodłowski.
Big savings
Photovoltaic installation allows for considerable savings and independence from rising electricity prices. Solar energy is an inexhaustible source of energy, and modern panels also produce electricity on cloudy days, without the sun, and therefore also in winter. In the production of „green” energy, no liquid or gaseous substances are used that could be a threat at the time of physical damage to the installation.
– Thanks to simplicity and increasingly better production technique, the solar system does not require special servicing. It is practically maintenance free. An additional advantage is the long warranty periods and the service life of the installation – ensures Waldemar Pijar, Secretary of the Poviat.
Funds flowing from the sale of „green” energy produced by this method credited to the account of the PNT „Rzeszów – Dworzysko” company responsible for the infrastructure of the entire park.
PNT „Rzeszów – Dworzysko” is an attractive investment area with an area of 83.42 ha. It is fully armed, it is close to the A4 motorway, the S19 express road, the Rzeszów-Jasionka international airport and the E30 Germany-Poland-Ukraine railway main. To date, 17 companies have invested in this area. Ultimately, around 3,000 people will find work here.
