34.5 million polish zlotych will be invested in the Science and Technology Park Rzeszów-Dworzysko. These investments will create over a hundred new jobs.
Inhabitants of the Rzeszowski District have reason to be satisfied because another four investors have decided to start operating in the Science and Technology Park. This means that in the near future new companies will offer attractive jobs.
New recognized brands
These investors are Wolmost company. Since 2013, the company has been dealing in the comprehensive construction of new bridges, renovation of existing bridge facilities as well as comprehensive construction of road culverts. The company carries out investment tasks in the „design and build” system. The company bought a 0.5 ha plot from the poviat and will initially find about 15 people. As many as 100 new employees plan to employ another investor, which is Hamburger Recykling Polska dealing in recycling. The company purchased a 2.1 ha plot and the investment value is PLN 20 million. Another player in PNT is W&W Properties, which purchased a 1.37 ha plot, where it plans to build a warehouse and production hall for innovative enterprises. The investment value is PLN 8.5 million. This quartet is completed by the Inter-Mix wholesale company, which will spend about PLN 3 million and declares to employ 15 people. The pillar of this company’s activity is the sale of oils and operating fluids for cars, agricultural and construction machines, as well as industrial equipment. Its advantage is having your own line of radiator fluids and washer fluids.
Economic pearl of the Rzeszowski District
The listed companies are just the beginning of the investment for this year in the Rzeszów – Dworzysko Science and Technology Park. Rzeszowski District authorities are already planning further significant investors who are interested in buying plots.
– We are conducting talks with large companies operating in the country and abroad. Perhaps soon we will announce a significant and well-known investor with whom we are conducting advanced negotiations. The areas prepared by us are very popular with leading companies from both the country and abroad – says Józef Jodłowski Starosta Rzeszowski.
At the moment 17 companies have been operating in PNT where nearly 1,000 people have found a well-paid job. By the end of the year, the poviat authorities plan to sell another 14 plots.
